With over 17 years of experience with data and AI, Meena has worked with algorithms for a long time, continuously learning center community equity and inclusion. She has a deep understanding of how to balance technological advancements with the need for maintaining a human touch in nonprofit interactions. She has authored many publicly published essays on AI, co-designed ethical AI framework with Fundraising AI, and a widely known speaker on the topics of data and AI equity.
