Roxanne Eflin, M.A., GPC, CITM, serves on the Board of the Grants Professionals Association/Colorado Chapter as Programs Committee Chair. She has written, secured, and managed hundreds of grants over her 38-year career. Roxanne has held the position of Executive Director for three statewide nonprofit organizations. She was the Senior Manager of Grants and Innovation, where she worked with leadership to develop the organization’s strategy around grants and innovative funding opportunities. She has researched, written, acknowledged and provided compliance for a wide variety of public, Foundation and corporate grants for senior social services, historic preservation, cultural and arts organizations and downtown revitalization. She is a published author and poet, and a graduate of Leadership Maine. Roxanne holds a B.A. in Public Administration, an M.A. in Urban Planning/Historic Preservation, a Certificate in International Tourism Management, and is a Grant Professional Certified.
