When you register for a free webinar, event, or other sponsored content, you understand and acknowledge that your registration information (including your name, email address, and organization) will be shared with the sponsor(s) of that event for their own marketing and communication purposes. By registering for a sponsored event, you consent to this sharing. Sponsors' use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

  • To our affiliated companies within the CharityHowTo Family of Companies (including NonprofitLibrary, Nonprofit-Apps, and Nonprofit-Discounts) for their own marketing and communication purposes.

  • To sponsors of free webinars, events, or other sponsored content for which you have registered, for their own marketing and communication purposes.
  • To third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta/Facebook and Google) for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising, as described in Section 3 and Section 5.C.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Giving Channels, LLC's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by Giving Channels, LLC about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
  • To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to/not opted out of these disclosures.
  • To fulfil the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an e-mail address to use the "e-mail a friend" feature of our Website, we will transmit the contents of that e-mail and your e-mail address to the recipients.

When you provide your email and other Personal Information to Company, you understand and acknowledge that we may share your information with our affiliated companies within the CharityHowTo Family of Companies, including but not limited to CharityHowTo, NonprofitLibrary, Nonprofit-Apps, and Nonprofit-Discounts, and that you are subscribing to receive communications from any or all of them. You may receive communications including, but not limited to, emails, SMS/text messages, phone calls, and mobile application communications including push notifications, from any or all of these companies owned and operated by Us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

A. Tracking Technologies and Advertising

You can set your browser to refuse all or some Browser Cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. B. Promotional Offers from the Company

Unsubscribing from our promotional emails does not, by itself, opt you out of these targeted advertising activities.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. These third parties may provide their own opt-out mechanisms. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

6. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
