Elisa Blair, Performing Arts Academy
"I wasn't sure how useful this webinar would be, given that I work for a church and we do not do fundraising, and it appeared that the webinar would be for non-profits that use appeals for fundraising. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much of the material applied to all thank you's or could be easily adapted to non-appeal appreciation. Simon's examples were mind-blowing and his tips incredibly practical."
Leigh Tucker, BETHANY COMMUNITY CHURCH
“This webinar was packed with practical suggestions for nonprofits, regardless of size. The slides are very informative, not just overview phrases, and the included documents were also very practical and constructive. This webinar is one of the best I've seen on donor thank you approaches.”
Susan Mathew, Teen Lifeline
“Fabulous presentation! The presenter was engaging and I learned quite a few tricks that I hope to implement very soon.”

“This particular webinar was jam-packed with useful content. Not only did Simon, the presenter, go over the basics of what to include in a thank you letter to a donor, but he provided a multitude of suggestions to make sure that your thank you letters stands out from the rest, impresses the donor, and ultimately makes them want to give to your organization again. I would highly recommend this webinar. Thank you!”
Jill Nunemaker, Spokane County Library District
“Thank you, Simon. You have helped so much to get our Marketing/Fundraising on track with your Thank You suggestions!”
“I appreciate the presenter's personal stories and practical applications backing up his recommendations. He was engaging and able to respond to questions with valuable experience-based information.”
Mark Conzemius, The Catholic Community Foundation
“A lot of webinars turn me off for a very simple reason. They spend too much time going over basic entry level parts of the topic/subject and I never learn anything "new" or exciting. This was not the case today. I have five pages of handwritten notes I wrote while following along and I'm heading to the presenters website now to learn more. That's how you do a webinar, thank you Simon!”
Jessica Adkins, Land Conservation Assistance Network
“Simon was warm, generous and informative. He provided great examples of how to truly connect with donors and build a long-term relationship with them. He gave tips about what to avoid and how to communicate how special each donor is to our organization. Thanks for the great webinar!”

“Opened my mind to a new way of communicating with our donors!”
