In fundraising, missteps and missed opportunities are often viewed as failures. But what if those "failures" are actually your greatest untapped asset? It's time to shift the narrative and turn these moments into powerful learning experiences that can strengthen your organization’s fundraising approach.

Join us for an interactive Q&A session with Jack Alotto, MA, CFRE, where we'll explore how to reframe failures and use them as stepping stones for success. Jack will share his most memorable fundraising missteps and reveal how he and his team transformed them into valuable opportunities. This session offers a unique opportunity to get answers to your most pressing questions and gain valuable insights from a seasoned professional.

Bring your questions and learn how you can:

  • Recover from your own “epic fails” and improve your fundraising skills.
  • Leverage fundraising missteps to build stronger strategies and achieve ultimate fundraising success.
  • Apply lessons learned from Jack's experiences to your own nonprofit’s challenges.

Key topics we’ll discuss during the session:

  • Common fundraising pitfalls faced by staff, board members, and organizations.
  • How to reframe fundraising failures as opportunities for growth.
  • Tools and strategies to strengthen your fundraising practice and avoid common mistakes.
  • Practical ways to navigate the fundraising cycle—from prospecting to stewardship—while learning to anticipate and prevent potential failures.
