If you have thought about starting a fundraising consulting business but had no idea where to begin, you are not alone. There are hundreds of fundraising professionals who are asking, “What’s next?” They know that they can make a significant difference for nonprofit organizations in their communities, region, and beyond by sharing their best practices and unique skills. However, most aren’t sure how to take the first step.

This entrepreneurial venture will require you to be a business owner, a marketer, and sometimes even a bookkeeper—all in the same day! This involves cultivating a whole new set of skills that fundraising professionals have generally not needed until now. In order to create a successful consulting business, you will not only need to identify these skills and develop them, but you will also need to design a solid plan.

There is a lot to take on, and the endless list of challenges you need to tackle can leave you feeling lost, frustrated, and overwhelmed. Instead of giving up, take advantage of this rare opportunity to learn from an experienced consultant who will present a clear path for you to get your business up and running as soon as possible and with the greatest chance for success.

During this live 90-minute nonprofit webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How to get started with your nonprofit consulting business.
  • How to determine what your consulting should focus on.
  • How to decide where to work from.
  • How to decide how much to charge for your services.
  • How to market your consulting business.
  • How to make a sale and close the deal.
  • How to start your first consulting client off on the right foot.
  • How to develop and expand your team.
  • How to use social media to create value and position yourself in the “market.”

You will never have to wonder again: “Why isn’t the money coming in?” or “What do we do if our best prospect says no?” or “Is this even for me?”  This webinar will demystify the process of becoming a nonprofit fundraising consultant and get you operational quicker than if you did it all on your own.

The good news is that lots of organizations are even more short-staffed than ever and are in need of consulting help.

Imagine . . .

  • Determining your consulting niche and marketing to your ideal client.
  • Learning how to appropriately package and price your services so that you actually make a living.
  • Starting your first client off on the right foot without any hiccups or glitches.
  • Leveraging social media to build a “brand” that positions you as a thought leader.

As a long-time business owner, Robin understands the importance of having a business plan for your nonprofit fundraising consulting business, and she can’t wait to help you get started with this new webinar.
