It’s the Big Day! All those months of hard work have come down to a handful of hours to set up and run your event.

One of the most difficult jobs facing an event planner is the day-of management. There are lots of moving parts involved. There are venue staff, rental companies, AV crews, volunteer teams, auctioneers and a slew of other vendors all convening for a few short hours of effort.

And you only get one chance to do it right!

This unit share the strategies and tips used by professional event planners to organize and execute successful  nonprofit events. Here you will get a game plan for coordinating your vendors, efficiently managing your volunteer team, syncing with your tech crew, and wrangling your stage presenters and speakers.

This unit provides the tools and strategies an Onsite Coordinator needs to successfully set up and run your event.
