About Our Topic Experts:

Ephraim Gopin

Ephraim Gopin spent almost two decades in the nonprofit sector wearing all the hats: CEO, fundraiser, alumni director, grant writer, event organizer, marketing, and communications director. This included three years as communications director for a global family foundation, transforming them into thought leaders and positioning them as a leading voice for their key advocacy issue. 

Ephraim is the founder of 1832 Communications, an agency that helps nonprofits build more relationships so they can raise more money, serve more people, and have more impact on the community. Ephraim works on all aspects of nonprofit fundraising and marketing efforts, including crafting custom strategies and plans which help nonprofits successfully upgrade their online presence, boost their email fundraising and marketing and improve their marketing collateral. Dana Snyder is the founder and CEO of Positive Equation, a digital consultancy focused on empowering nonprofit marketers with the tools and resources to build impactful digital strategies. 

Dana has worked with Movember, Dress for Success, USTA, American Idol, Empire, The Gary Sinise Foundation, Hashtag Lunchbag, and many more.

Earlier in her career, she spent time in New York City working on business development and client management for some of the most notable sports, entertainment, and consumer brands in the US. Dana led strategic digital campaigns for The Honest Company, Delta Airlines, FOX, Sports Illustrated, The Weather Channel, the USO and many more.

Jeremy Haselwood

Jeremy Haselwood is a marketing and business expert with over 20 years of experience. With a degree in Marketing and a MBA, Jeremy has held leadership positions at multiple marketing agencies, leading digital strategy for brands like Coca-Cola and The Salvation Army. The digital and social media strategies he orchestrated helped nonprofits generate over $100 million in online revenue.

With Jeremy’s own consultancy, Ampla Marketing, he partners with and provides education to nonprofits around the world. His focus is online fundraising, which includes social media, online advertising, email, and digital strategy.

Caliopy Glaros

Caliopy Glaros helps mission-driven organizations connect their stakeholders through travel, storytelling, and virtual engagement. As a consultant for Philanthropy without Borders, she works with organizations to create impactful virtual and in-person opportunities for donors to connect directly to the programs they support. 

After years of consulting nonprofits whose donors have limited in-person access to mission-related work (such as humanitarian aid and environmental conservation groups), she developed tools and strategies to help them create virtual experiences that enhance participation and bring donors closer to the mission. 

Shereese Floyd

Shereese is the CEO of The Witness My Life Company-- a communications and messaging firm representing nonprofits, faith communities, and socially-driven private companies & entrepreneurs. Shereese is dedicated to teaching people how to use stories to influence behaviors that move people to action. She is an advocate for social change and believes a story is the one thing that truly brings the world together. As a TEDx speaker and coach, she helps aspiring speakers craft signature messages that impact the world. She is a recipient of the Cicero Speechwriting Award for her TEDx - The Secret to Healing the World.

Dannielle Stewart

Dannielle Stewart supports & grows the mission of nonprofits and Corporate Social Responsibility programs through strategic, well-researched marketing communications and high-quality video productions. 

She works as a producer and a writer for nonprofit organizations and, in leading up to the 2020 virtual gala season, has produced videos that address the most urgent needs for nonprofits serving vulnerable populations on the front lines. After a special volunteer visit to the West Bank following the Arab Spring, she decided to pivot her communication expertise into helping nonprofits create solid and defendable messaging strategies that drive the work of fundraising, campaign awareness, create a connection between those needing services and those who can support them, issue awareness, elevating the message of equity and generally dedicated to the human stories that compel us all to action.
