About Your Topic Expert:

Now in her 25th year with a leading global organization, Amy Freshman has had the fortunate opportunity to hold multiple roles within the same organization and continuously grow her career. Starting directly out of Bryant University in 1995, she spent nearly 15 years in the Sales organization with roles in direct sales, leadership, training, operations and leadership development. During her tenure, she achieved multiple awards and recognition including the prestigious President’s Club award, and throughout her work has built strong relationships across the organization. In 2008, she completed an internal coaching certification and has taken on multiple coaching engagements working one on one with leaders focused on developing their skills to move their career forward.

Amy joined the HR organization in 2012 and took on the role of leading the Flexible Work Arrangements program across the enterprise. Under Amy’s leadership, several key areas saw significant positive impact for the organization and on the associate experience – onboarding, engagement, technology and connectivity to name a few. Amy continues to place specific emphasis on engagement across the work-from-home population to ensure associates feel connected to the organization.

 In July 2017, Amy took on an additional responsibility as the Human Resources Lead on all activity related to mergers & acquisitions within ADP. As the dedicated partner for Corporate Development, she is an integral part of the success of the acquisitions, leading due diligence all the way through to integration, and collaborating with business unit leadership and functional HR teams. In addition, Amy is repeatedly asked to lead critical, global events across the organization, given her long history of success, performance and results-driven focus on execution.

Amy’s background and expertise that she has developed throughout her tenure all focus on creating & executing on an engaging associate experience. Amy has been a speaker and panel member over the years at numerous events and conferences focused on remote work, flexible work and distributed teams. Most recently, she was listed as one of the Top 50 Remote Work Experts to follow in 2019 by Remote-How.
