Conflict in the workplace is unavoidable, but it doesn’t need to be destructive.  Productive conflict, when facilitated well, has the power to connect, transform, and build deeper relationships.

A 2024 study by the Workplace Peace Institute found that 88% of respondents witnessed poor morale among employees affected by conflict.  And 18% witnessed project failures as a direct result of the employees leaving due to workplace conflict.  The good news is that over 50% of the respondents reported that well-managed conflict led to improved working relationships, better understanding of others, and more creative solutions to problems.

This webinar is designed for nonprofit leaders who struggle with team misalignment, low morale, and resistance to change. You'll learn how to transform a dysfunctional team into a high-performing, collaborative group by building trust, improving communication, and creating a culture of accountability and shared purpose.
Using real-world examples and case studies, you’ll learn key communication and influence strategies for measurable improvements in team performance and engagement.

Whether you’re inheriting a struggling team or working to improve an existing one, this webinar is designed for leaders at all levels.  If you’re ready to turn conflict into collaboration, join this webinar to give you the tools to make it happen and leave with an action plan and more tools in your tool belt.
