The GuideStar Exchange is a free service offered by nonprofit industry leader GuideStar which allows nonprofit organizations to add and update information about their organizations to a master database used by 22,000 visitors every day. Here grant makers, donors, volunteers and decision makers have access to accurate and transparent information about organizations so they can better determine which organizations to fund, support and become involved with.

The Benefits of Joining the Exchange
Once your organization's nonprofit report has been updated with required Exchange information and the information has been approved by GuideStar, your organization will receive GuideStar Premium free for one year (a $1,000 value). You will continue to receive premium at no charge as long as your Exchange information is updated annually. In addition, the GuideStar Exchange seal is displayed on Exchange member's report pages.

The bottom line is that if your non-profit organization isn't part of the GuideStar Exchange it needs to be.

This free training video provides a walk-through of the GuideStar Exchange to help nonprofit organizations understand the process of adding and editing their organizations information to this unique database.
