I need a receipt for webinar I attended.
If you need a receipt for a webinar you attended please fill out the form and reference the webinar name and date of the webinar.

I need to change the date of the webinar I registered for.
If for some reason you're unable to make the webinar and need to change the date please let us know the name of the webinar and visit this link and let us your preferred new date. Bookmark the link as we update webinars frequently and if you don't see your webinar it may be added in the future or you may receive an email from us. Since we limit the size of the webinars we can't offer a refund if you're unable to attend. However, it would be our pleasure to reschedule you for the same webinar again in the future if it exists, or provide you with a free registration for a different premium webinar of your choice.

Is there a recorded version of the webinar?
Some of our webinars include a recording while others don't. If there is a recorded version included it will be noted on the product description/webinar information page and it will automatically be added to your CharityHowTo account. Additionally, if a recording does become available at a later date it will automatically be added to your CharityHowTo account and you'll receive an email notification.
